Terms & Conditions – 480 Foam Parties
By booking or participating in a foam party with 480 Foam Parties, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment

A booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

Prices are for the agreed service duration and add-ons selected at booking.

Additional time or services requested onsite are subject to availability and additional charges.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled event to receive a refund.

Events canceled within 72 hours are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
-
Weather-related rescheduling is allowed at our discretion. Light rain or wind does not automatically qualify for cancellation.
3. Weather & Environment
-
Foam parties are outdoor events and subject to weather conditions.
-
Extreme weather (lightning, high winds, unsafe temperatures) may require rescheduling for safety reasons.

Foam performance may vary due to heat, wind, surface type, and water pressure.
4. Property & Access Requirements

Client is responsible for providing:

Access to a standard electrical outlet
-
Access to a water source (hose hookup)
-
A clear, level area free of hazards
-

Client is responsible for any damage to property caused by participants or unsafe surfaces.
5. Supervision & Safety
-
Adult supervision is required at all times.
-
Foam can be slippery. Participants should run, play, and slide at their own risk.

Shoes, goggles, or protective wear are recommended but not required.

Foam is non-toxic, biodegradable, and safe when used as intended.
6. Assumption of Risk
-
Participation in a foam party involves inherent risks including slipping, falling, or minor injuries.

By booking or participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activity.
7. Liability Limitation
-
480 Foam Parties is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from participation.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

We are not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow instructions.
8. Photos & Media
-
We may take photos or videos during events for promotional use unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.
9. Right to Refuse Service
-
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, abusive behavior occurs, or terms are violated.
