Cancelation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

This policy applies to all bookings with 480 Foam Parties, a trademark of The People’s Fund LLC.
1. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and time.

Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
2. Cancellations by Client
-
Cancellations made 3 days (72 hours) or more before the event
-
Deposit is forfeited
-
No additional charges
-

Cancellations made less than 3 days (72 hours) before the event
-
Deposit is forfeited
-
Charged up to 100% of the remaining event balance
-
-
-
Same-day cancellations or no-shows
-
Charged 100% of the event total
-

3. Rescheduling
-
Clients may request to reschedule their event at least 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled event date.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

One (1) reschedule is permitted per booking.
-
Rescheduled events must occur within 90 days of the original event date.

Rescheduling requests made less than 3 days before the event may be denied or subject to a rescheduling fee.
4. Weather Policy
Foam parties are weather-dependent.

If weather conditions (rain, lightning, extreme wind, or unsafe temperatures) make the event unsafe, 480 Foam Parties may, at its discretion:

Reschedule the event based on availability, or
-
Issue a credit toward a future booking

No refunds are issued once staff has arrived or equipment has been deployed.
5. Provider Cancellation
If 480 Foam Parties must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive either:

A full refund of all payments made, or
-
The option to reschedule at no additional cost
6. Early Termination
If an event ends early due to:

Client request
-
Venue or access issues
-
Unsafe conditions or behavior
-
Violation of rules or policies
No refunds or credits will be issued.
7. Agreement
By booking with 480 Foam Parties, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
